Destiny Lights Tuition Centre is made up of a dedicated team of facilitators and tutors that are available to assist you with any queries and problems you may have. We are dedicated in helping you achieve the best results so that you can maximise your potential in your studies or work environment.

Gunther & Beatrix Schenk - CEO

Mr. Gunther Schenk has been the CEO of Future Generations Multi Media & Consulting for 12 years, leading a company known for its expertise in website design, logo design, and social media marketing for small to medium enterprises. Together with his wife, Beatrix Schenk, Gunther is launching a new initiative in Destiny Lights Tuition Cente.

Destiny Lights Tuition Centre is focussed on helping people, scholars and adults alike, to increase their visual intelligence. This is currently done through a unique online program called EyeBrainGym™. This innovative program aims to enhance students' cognitive abilities, helping them think faster and clearer by improving their brain capacity.

Ismael Ntopoli

Ismael Ntopoli is a distinguished education professional with fifteen years of experience in the field. For the past five years, he has served as the Head of the Mathematics and Science Department at Gammams Primary School.

In this role, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to fostering academic excellence among his students. Under his guidance, he has seen remarkable achievements in science fairs, with students consistently excelling and showcasing their talents.

Ntopoli's passion for mathematics is evident in his dedication to improving the quality of Mathematics. He has been instrumental in training teachers across the Khomas Region and on a national level, focusing on effective methods for teaching challenging topics. His presentations and training sessions have equipped educators with the tools and strategies necessary to enhance their instructional techniques, thereby improving student outcomes.

Ntopoli's impact extends beyond his immediate school environment. His expertise and innovative approach have made him a respected figure in the educational community. He is committed to nurturing a love for Mathematics among students and empowering teachers to overcome educational challenges. Through his efforts, Ntopoli continues to contribute significantly to the advancement of education in Namibia.

Mercia Ntopoli

Mrs. Mercia Ntopoli is an experienced educator with a commendable 16-year career dedicated to supporting learners with special needs. She has spent a significant portion of her career as a Learner Support Teacher at Pionier Boys' School, a special school catering to students facing various learning difficulties.

In this role, Mrs. Ntopoli has made a profound impact, helping many learners overcome their challenges and achieve literacy. Her passion for teaching and her commitment to student success are evident in her approach. Mrs. Ntopoli's ability to connect with students and tailor her teaching methods to their individual needs has resulted in numerous success stories.

Many of her students, who once struggled with reading and comprehension, have made remarkable progress under her guidance. Her dedication to fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment has been instrumental in these achievements.

In addition to her expertise in learner support, Mrs. Ntopoli has a background in life skills, which she integrates into her teaching practice. This holistic approach not only addresses academic challenges but also equips students with essential skills for personal development and future success.

Mrs. Mercia Ntopoli's unwavering commitment to helping students with learning difficulties and her innovative teaching methods have made her a valued and respected member of the educational community. Her contributions have had a lasting impact on the lives of many young learners, empowering them to reach their full potential.

EyeBrainGym™ will help you improve your problem-solving skills and improve your ability to reason and plan. The battery of games will strengthen your executive functions and increase your mental acuity and vitality. It also kick-starts neural regeneration and re-connection and will promote life-long learning and cognitive energy. Exercises in the system help the brain successfully connect background knowledge to current or new information.
